Storm, it may not necessarily have been the code from the website that has corrupted your save file. As I told you earlier, I searched the code on Google, and no result showed any evidence of a situation where someone had the same problem.
Using an Action Replay always carries a small risk of rendering a game unusable, which is why you should use them with caution. I did stress to you that you shouldn't have bought one, despite knowing that you would probably just buy one anyway.
There may be the possibility of going back to a previous save, or backing up the save file and un-corrupting it somehow. I'm not sure how to do this though, as you can only do it with newer version of the AR, and I only have an old version which doesn't support this.
