Well, it was about two months ago that we decided to get a new laptop. When be brought it back home, we found that there were a couple of problems with it.
These problems were:
- Constantly restarting itself randomly.
- Getting the Blue Screen of Death all of the time.
- Lines across the screen
We sent it back around two to three weeks ago to finally get it repaired. After waiting for it to be repaired, we were given a phone call that told us we could go and pick it up. When we went into the store to pick it up, we were told that they had sent it to the wrong location and didn't have it. They gave us £10 off for this when we went to pick it up the next day.
Yesterday, we went to the store and took it home. About 20 minutes ago from now, I took it out of the packaging and tested it, only to find out that it wasn't at all fixed.
Within the first five minutes of using it, I found the following problems:
- Constantly restarting itself randomly.
- Lines across the screen.
- Distortion of the screen.
- Screen was freezing.
- There were scratches almost everwhere on the laptop.
What kind of total careless idiots were given the job of "fixing" this laptop anyway?
